Well, this is interesting. Some out-of-the-box thinkers at DFI decided that it was silly to limit ourselves to one computer per box — so they made a motherboard that will support two completely different configurations that you can switch between at will.
You could do a high-power and low-power thing, as they demonstrate with an Atom and traditional socket 775-based setup living together on the board, or you could have similar setups running different OSes. The possibilities are… well, they’re not endless, but they’re certainly more than you had before.

What a great bat shot! I captured bats in flight by accident when I was in India, but to actually set the focus, composition, and so on, and do it on purpose? No. I prefer flowers — they don’t fly away or get in your hair or bite your ears or make that bat noise. Anyway, this guy prefers bats, and he’s got a really cool (probably typical) setup for automatically taking their picture when they swoop in for a drink at his backyard pond.

Blizzard released some interesting information about the inner workings of World of Warcraft recently at GDC Austin. During their keynote speech, they talked about the history of the Warcraft games, and what exactly made their game so successful where others have failed.
